Medicine plants, scar trees and basket weaving are all things you’ll find out more about on the Yarkuwa Indigenous Knowledge Centre Cultural Tour.
Led by local Wamba Wamba woman, Tracy, the cultural tour takes you through the Island Sanctuary or the North Deni Forest where you’ll discover that some of things you might have thought were just part of the scenery are actually significant artefacts of the rich indigenous history of the area
Contact the Yarkuwa Indigenous Knowledge Centre to book a Cultural Tour on 03 5881 3312
(We recommend booking in advance as the team is small and they need prep time)
